In the past, relaying user feedback to the development team regarding bugs was a challenging and long process of back-and-forth using multiple tools. With Beep, I can now instantly pinpoint bugs and let the team know while simultaneously receiving feedback during user interviews & focus group sessions. In the end, I now have much more time available for other tasks.
